Wow...interesting...gutsy...a gamble ...to use the timeouts that way but it paid off!

And once again, UMHB is playing the last game to end the round.

You can't throw a pick in that situation. At the very least you have to come away with 3 points.

Congrats to Linfield on the win.  They were the better team from what I saw.  Really gutsy performance and held together after the punt return.  They contained the UMHB offense for long parts of the game and were able to move the ball through the air.  UMHB looked lost on offense often and Anderson did not make many good plays with far too many poor throws.  Tough ending to what looked like a promising season for the Cru.  They just never looked as good as they did last year to me.

Congrats to the CRU on a good season---that was a heckuva a battle and my heart will be racing for the rest of weekend......
Go Cats!

No team wants to end a season in such a frustrating manner, Crusaders. Last week was an aberration. This week only the special plays teams worked.
Thanks for the hospitality.

The loss of Blake Jackson on the horse collar tackle that wasn't called was huge for UMHB.  His running could've relieved some of the pressure from the Linfield D line.

Tough day for my Crusaders, but hats off to Linfield on a well-played game.  Y'all were definitely the better team today.  Our O was abysmal.  Our D had little to no answer for the passing game.  The O play calling on our end was especially frustrating.  It was nice to see Baylor Mullins take the spotlight, though.  He's something special.

Time to start counting down the days to September 5, 2015.  It's gonna be a looooooong 9 months.

Good luck with the rest of the playoffs, Linfield.  Looking forward to our next battle... whenever that may be.

I'm hoping we have a few kids going into next year to create some competition at QB. Overall I wasn't impressed with Anderson this year.

I'm sad to see the season end for The Cru. But, I think it is what is needed for The Cru to get back to the basics next year. The Cru looked lost on offense most of the game. QB Anderson only had a handful of good plays and a whole lot of poor judgement calls. I lost track of how many times the offense went 3 and out. The poor defense played way too much and by the 4th quarter they were running on fumes. The only bright spot for The Cru was special teams! Baylor Mullins was one of The Cru's bright spots. I think that Mullins should of been put in as QB and put Anderson on the bench...how much worse of a job could Mullins do?

Thanks to The CRU for another stellar season. I'm already looking forward to next year. The best is yet to come!

A salty D and disciplined offense in the air is a bad combination to face, and that is what we faced today. So any prognostications? I think Linfield rolls through Widener and I'll give them a thumbs up on the Whitewater game, so best of luck Linfield facing Wesley in Stagg, just my thoughts but I'll put it out there.

Hard fought ballgame today.

Have to say the players, coaches, fans, parents, and facilities people at UMHB were 1st class all the way. It matches that incredible facility you folks have. That's a wonderful environment for football.

Go Cru! Go 'Cats!
