Great piece 11.  Keep up the outstanding work!

It looks like we have some major size comming back next year on both lines. How many have significant playing time?

6t3,

I think the defensive line next season will really be outstanding (along with the entire defense).  We are really losing four major piece on the offensive line.  When I say four, I'm including our TE Sells.  Russell may not have had a ton of receptions but he was huge in the running game as a fantastic blocking tight end and did a bunch of the unseen dirty work.  Kyle O, Millenbach, Buck, and Sells are big losses.  I'm very confident in the up-and-comers on the o-line but there are always questions until they get on the field and perform.

Who do think the likely up-and comers will be on the O-Line?
Look at the size of some of these guys!  It looks like a DII line! And young too. The future looks good on paper! 8)

IT seems that there are often young guys that come in big and either get smaller (weight wise) or disappear.  Of course Bigger is not always better but we'll see.  If my review of the participation reports are correct only 2 of the guys you listed had any real playing time.
Go Cats!

True story, but other times they come in and develop more muscle mass, higher density, and actually gain weight.  It could go either way.  And five of the guys listed are frosh.  I would think they would get nothing but stronger.  We'll see,

Good luck getting under a guy that's 5'9", 290, before the Qb releases or is outside you.

BearCatPress....could you please get a job with the News Register and write some good articles on Linfield football this upcoming year? The coverage this year in the local paper was garbage.

I'll be on the east side on the 50 yard line, wearing BC maroon and gold, along with a bunch of other Stone Station people.  We'll wave, please wave back, Bluenote!!

I thought that Sells was a beast in the UWW game. I thought they should have used him as a receiver even more than they did. He caught everything thrown to him, and was a load to bring down. Hardly a typical tight end frame, but did an outstanding job. IMHO

I agree. He'll be tough to replace. On the up side, there are 4 guys listed at TE with prototype NFL frames. I have a feeling we'll bo ok at TE.  8)

Enjoy the game. I'll be watching in the comfort of my front room. I know they won't come close to your brownies, but I'll bake some macadamia nut cookies in your honor. :D
