Adrian has a schedule posted as well:

We can assume they'll be playing Hiram and Loras as well at the Trine Classic

That's a really good schedule I think.  Highlighted by the Dec visit from Loras
It's definitely a tougher schedule next season.  Finally dropped Great Lakes Christian which was not a D3 school, did nothing for our schedule.  The yearly Manchester game is not on the schedule either.  The rivalry had been one sided over the last several years.  We'll be in a "rebuilding mode" next season so it's good to get a lot of tough opponents on the schedule before conference starts.

I can see dropping the non DIII school, however, too bad about the old Manchester rivalry ending. Doesn't matter that it had been one sided in recent years as that is cyclic. Impro in the schedule is a legit goal, yet there are some traditions that should remain, IMO. Just my $0.02!😀

He was considering Hope College as well

Hope was in the fold, but I am told that the serious considerations were to Mount Union, Baldwin Wallace, and Ohio Wesleyan (he had connections to all 3).
You are correct. He did visit Hope's campus...His family was familiar with the Blackledge's. Decided to play closer to home

I assume he left Toledo due to lack of PT?

Calvin's schedule is up. A challenging one for the first year head-coach.

As of now the St. Pete tournament will be a three team round robin with Skidmore unless a fourth team is added.

No homes games until December has me very sad.  :'(

Just down the road from my new Florida residence... I can easily be a Calvin Fan... Except when they are playing Hope!!!   Looking forward to it.....
Wonder where they play???

I believe Eckerd College has hosted that St. Pete tournament in the past.

Decent campus location.

Eckerd      3 miles from "home" for me...wife and I go to most Eckerd home games....Beautiful school, on the water....I'm always amazed they don't get a D2  northerner once in a while. ( there was one this year).. believe me, if they came down and saw it, they'd like it.... good academics too... good basketball, pretty sad attendance...

Hope gets the unbalanced league schedule of 5 home games in the first half, 5 away games the 2nd half......and 5 road games on Wed nights.

Been awhile since Hope's played Westminster, 1987 and 16 years since they last played Finlandia.  They've never played Ripon, Carleton, Benedictine or Illinois Tech

For SOS purposes, this isn't one you'd expect will put Hope in a great SOS position for Pool C, which is fine because that's not where Hope is right now.

Ripon  15-10
Benedictine 13-12
Anderson  11-15
Platteville  18-11
Stevens Point  18-9
Finlandia 0-21
Carleton 7-18
Westminster  13-15
Illinois Tech  16-12
*I don't think Carleton will count as a regional game, 557 miles but I forget all the rules these days.

When I plug this into my schedule formula I'm certain it will be Hope's weakest in the last decade plus by quite a bit.

Old time story...
1987... my last year in Michigan, my wife and I huge Hope fans... travelled to every Hope Game, and wife and I went to this one... I know it was a 4 team tourney..can't remember if it was at Westminster or Allegheny..
Anyway... Westmin beat Hope in a low scoring game, and in that game, Hope's best player, Jim Klunder, got into an altercation with a Westminster player...
next day, my wife and I are having Breakfast at the motel, and who comes in but Hope Coach Glen Van Wieran and Jim Klunder, and the Westmin Coach and his altercation participant player.... two coaches on one side of the table, two players on the other side.... and the lecturing started.. probably 30 minutes.... you never saw two more uncomfortable players in your life...and the hand shake between them seemed less than heart-felt despite the lesson!!!
