For the  few DIII fans the schools are making it difficult to be fans by the inconsistency of charging or not charging for (Stretch) games.
A really savvy LINFIELD fan would not pay for any game the rest of the season after seeing the defending SCIAC champ dismantled. Just listen and wait for the free playoff games - or WC11s "highlight reels". There are plenty of other free games to watch while you listen.
A family member of a player is going to pay regardless. Maybe that's who schools like LINFIELD are after with the Stretch GOUGE.
IMHO
a savy fan paid only $40 for the season before Stretch realized that there was one more home game than last year and upped the season cost to$50....I don't mind paying $8 per game.  The video has been fine (though I'd love if they could get a higher definition feed) but the sound problems have been annoying--I don't think that is on STRETCH but more likely errors by our broadcast crew....

I'm pretty sure pricing is set by the school, not Stretch. That would explain why there are different prices at different schools.

point taken--either way--it was $40 when I bought it and $50 right before the first game.

The late games start at 9 in Dallas.  I'm lucky to stay awake until the end.

I'm upset that the Whittier game with Austin College has a $10 charge.  Especially since it is the 3rd quarter.

I know it's hard to read back six whole posts but here's something for you.

Jesus Pat, I can't even make fun of Linfield charging for games (when almost every other program offers free feeds) without you guys getting butt hurt and smarmy? Lighten up.

You guys? How many of me are there, and how can I get their help on the website?

D O.C.

I enjoyed that almost as much as Ronda's Australian press conference.  ;D

(anyone need an explanation of that?)

Anyone seen olddog?

Who in the hell is 41? I don't pick up on chatter very well ask my wife.  That was not me at the game at all,  I actually enjoyed myself that day, I loved the environment. Went by the place where Parker was stabbed and said a prayer for his family. Honestly seeing those stickers on the kids helmets puts things in perspective. No reason to be upset with my puppies. They will get better hopefully this year if not next.

I think some of your fans were home watching the Ducks.

When I heard our pre-game radio broadcast, I feared it would be more than 28. Heck we had our fourth string tackle trying to hold (not block)  #55 ....every single play, sometimes we slide protect and we were still late...what are you going to do . We did not have the horses.
Less than two more years of Gavin.

True...home games the weekend after homecoming always seem to dip some....still a great day in the 'Catdome.
