Congrats to the following Union Dutchmen for being awarded either 1st,2nd or Honorable Mention All-Liberty League:

RB Chris Coney
OL Collin Berry
OL Tony Morello
TE Josh McKelligan
WR Justin Gallo
OL Mark Herrington
DL Tim Romano
LB Joe Catalano
DB Kevin Rautenstrauch
LB John Peters
DB Chris Brolley
DB/Ret Cameron Johnson
DL Charlie Hovsepian
P Ben Rapple

Thanks for the effort on the season guys!
Personally thought Coney's season was more impressive than Robertson's but Chris has 2 more years to bring home the POY Award.
Also, where is Union QB Andrew Connolly? Throws for only 2 less TD's (Same # of TDs in LL Play) than Robertson (who as mentioned is the LL-OPOY) and doesnt get ANY sort of recognition? Be it ROY or Honorable Mention All-LL.....the kid deserved something!

Ya way too many players on it. If you want to have 6 or 7 OL for instance on the 1st team then you should get rid of Honorable Mention, just dont have it. If you want honorable mention then limit the 1st/2nd teams to 1 per position (1RB, 5 OL for instance). I mean being Honorable Mention OL in the LL puts you as 3rd string should the LL Teams ever join forces! Thats scout team!

Senor RedTackle

Yea...given the size of the conf, should honestly be 1st and 2nd team choices and only be 1 at each position except 3 OL and 3 DL. This would give it the appropriate level of prestige. Do away w/ honorable mention...

Here's the AU preview on the Alfred vs. RPI ECAC North Atlantic Championship Bowl:

On Saxon Warriors! On to Victory!
...Fight, fight for Alfred, A-L-F, R-E-D!

theoriginalupstate

Both teams have a pretty impressive streak going in ECAC games...

AU has won 4 in a row and I dont think RPI has lost an ECAC game...

AUPepBand

AU is 6-0 overall in ECAC contests.
RPI is 7-0 overall in ECAC contests.
Something's gotta give....

I think you should both agree to call it a tie so that neither lose.

theoriginalupstate

It should be a fun game to watch...

However it should of been Wick vs RPI and Port vs AU, just to keep the streaks going...
