after being by pepperdine multiples times pbr realizes that was the school pbr should of gone to....on the beach surfing non stop and amazing women and academics are solid as well....only downer is cher lives across the street

no kidding.  tgp is still upset that my folks didn't tell me there was such thing as a school like UCSB when i was looking at colleges back in the day.  instead of freezing my butt off in upstate i could have been surfing and hitting the bars on state street!

speaking of pepperdine - tgp used to play in a band with some guys who went to school there.  have played a couple of outdoor gigs there - what a view!!! - is right on (both the ocean and the student bodies ;)

u got it....when pbr came out malibu canyon road the first time with your co-worker and saw these views he was like "are you f'n kidding me?" why would one go anywhere else? pbr saw these pics live and just couldnt believe how beautiful a school it was and good academics and everything you need right there....

Yep - TGP had the same experience.

Only bummer about PU are some rather out dated "curfew rules" - it is a fairly conversative/religious campus - and no football.

PBR...

yep football is non existent there although their vball team is always top ranked....LOL....pbr would be beach bound there non stop. if pepperdine ever put in a football team pbr believes people would be begging to go there as downtown l.a. is not too far and what a great colllege atmosphere to be around

is there daily lawsuits against these guys?
PANAMA CITY, Fla., June 13 -- A lawsuit filed in Panama City, Fla., has
accused "Girls Gone Wild" producers of releasing a videotaped sex scene without
the permission of those involved.
Filed on behalf of Brooke Patsolic and Christina Brose, the lawsuit accused
"Wild" producers Joe Francis and Mantra Films Inc. of selling footage of the
women's sex scene together despite making promises to the contrary, the Panama
City (Fla.) News Herald said Wednesday.
The lawsuit alleged that after the women were taken onto a bus by "Wild"
cameramen, they were promised that no filmed footage of their sexual exploits
would be included in any videos.
The explicit footage was included on two "Girls Gone Wild" videos.
In addition, the suit alleges that the women were given alcohol by the "Wild"
officials despite being underage at the time.
The newspaper said that a lawyer for Mantra Films Inc. said the women signed
release forms while being videotaped and said that the company's film crews
never provide women with alcohol.

Francis is in deep doo doo and currently in jail.  Tax evasion, drug charges, bribery etc etc.  He cries a lot too:

Been out of the office today but wanted to get LLPP's reaction to today's news that Elijah Dukes knocked up another girl (this time a 17 year old)?  For those of you scoring at home, that is 6 children by 5 women and he isn't even 25 yet.

The best part of the story is this quote from Dukes' mom (I didn't make this up): "Every time one of those (whores) lays down with my baby, they end up pregnant. That's right. And I'm tired of them."

labart96

Even more distrubing was this about Dukes:

http://www.boston.com/sports/nesn/wilbur/sports_blog/blog/2007/06/13/put_up_your_dukes/index.html

Just weeks after it was revealed that the Devil Rays outfielder left threatening messages on his wife's voicemail, ("Hey, dawg. It's on, dawg. You dead, dawg. I ain't even bulls-------. Your kids too, dawg. It don't even matter to me who is in the car with you. N-----, all I know is, n-----, when I see your m-----f------- a-- riding, dawg, it's on. As a matter of fact, I'm coming to your m-----f------ house.") as well as sending her an image of a gun, today comes the story that a 17-year-old girl who lived in the foster care of one of his relatives is pregnant with Dukes's child.

This guy should be in prison, not the MLB.

bman

On a different topic, Bman had the trifecta of roadkill last night.  On his way home from golfing (late dusk), Bman hit a deer,  then 5 miles later, bman runs over a cat...and if that wasn't enough, Bman drills a wild turkey a few miles from his house...

Bmans truck took a true beating and is now dented and plastered with fur and feathers....WTF?

Bman never likes hitting animals....
