Somebody at Scranton needs to take a Web Design class - what a huge, extremely slow loading page (I'm on a 3MB connection)

Seriously.

Imagine what that was like five or six years ago. Similar design and page weight, but their server was slower.

Why would they schedule a fellow conference member for a nonconference tournament?  Not sure what the matchups are, but maybe they'll be guaranteed that in-region game!

Not only is Tri-State scheduled at the Albion tournament but they'll also be at the same Orlando, FL tournament with Hope.

Maybe they just like hangin' with their new conference buds. :-\

The only thing not to be liked in Florida is no D3 hoops!!!

Wydown Blvd.

no offense to Scranton, but honestly that may be the ugliest webpage for a d3 basketball team.

This is an odd one. I would've thought that provisional schools had to follow the Division III scheduling rules by the second year.

Maybe I'm dumb.  Which rules are they violating?  I assume those first two games are their "scrimmages."  They only have 25 others right?  or did I count wrong?

Are they scrimmages? They're not labeled as such.

Scrimmages aren't supposed to be publicized, either, under NCAA rules.

That makes more sense to me at least.  I didn't know you weren't supposed to publish them.  A number of smaller schools in NE will put info on the schedule like this, although I think most conferences have cracked down on it.  Knowing what we know of Lincoln Christian, this makes the most sense to me.

Then a friendly email to the AD and or the SWA may be in order, because the Women's schedule shows it as well.

My favorite thing about looking thru these is looking at the season-opening, Xmas and New Year's Tourneys...all sorts of neat matchups. Thanks for posting them.

Pat Coleman

Funny -- my least favorite thing about looking through them is how many don't have tournament matchups. :)

They're basically useless to me if they're not complete. It's more trouble than it's worth to punch in a partial schedule and then have to remember to go back and check for the rest of the info.

Sorry about the repeats, WLCALUM...I just went to the website and went from there.  Didn't look at the posts until afterward.
