Linfield updated their schedule in the last day or two and....shocker......Asher is no longer on it. I wonder when/if they will be refunding season ticket holders for that game.....

My dad is a season ticket holder and only found out about the whole Asher thing a few days ago when we chatted about it. I'll see if he hears anything from the school.

Coach Smith is probably going to call plays and Wyatt will probably move to QB coach.

Who knows as the Linfield website still have Elliott has the OC and other guys who have moved on as well. Maybe the new SID will get around to it eventually.

Reddit CFB Reporting did a big write up today on the fake Asher University through the lens of them somehow getting on Linfield's schedule. Hard to believe a place as professional as Linfield could get duped like this. Seems like there should have been several layers of people who should have known better

I guess Asher folding (or never being real to begin with) is a better scenario than showing up with a bunch of renegades and getting in a fight or someone getting hurt. But still, not sure what the Cats admin were hoping would happen here

Almost noon on the day before the 'Cats season opener and no season preview, no Oshkosh preview, etc. (EDIT: Preview is posted, I'll stop with my bi*ching)

At least they finally update the coaches. I thought it would be tough for Brett Elliott to be the head coach at L&C and the OC with Linfield at the same time.
